Office building for Synegic Co. which creates mixed-use spaces under an 18m wooden span truss. The timber frame, made of flat CLT beams and triangular CLT panels, are connected structurally to the ground and does not have any interior columns, creating a large space that is divided by the sloping roof frames. The frames are prefabricated as individual elements and then screwed together on site. By utilising CLT in the roof construction, not only the timber but also the roof design can be displayed clearly.
