The setting as a start and finish at the Neckaruferpark allows an indefinite openness, which supports the character of the innovation factory as a solitaire. Bright, light-flooded communication and meeting zones around a central hall invite the inventors of the start-up to stimulate and inspire each other. The hall forms the center and enables easy orientation.
The half-timbered structure of the facade supports, the logic of the construction determines the iconographic appearance.
