CLT office building construction on an existing foundation which is able to be deconstructed and built again on another foundation and concrete floor slab. The architect, Floris, has suggested that the comparison of the carbon footprint of this reusable CLT construction to concrete or brick buildings would show that the project significantly reduces the emission demands.
