The 100% TREE Workshop 2022 is a circular experiment organised by and for teachers and students from 9 European schools, in cooperation with TREE_TimberREengineered. It is an epilogue of the Crafting Wood trilogy, and a prelude to the Crafting Circularity program of the Amsterdam Academy of Architecture.
During the 1st Workshop the 28 students and 12 teachers started the process of building and designing one object, a chicken-shed, using wood from seven local trees. The 2nd Workshop the 26 students and the 9 teachers transported the disassembled chicken-shed and reconstructed the structure in-situ in Haarlem.
