The approach for design was to develop a building that is sustainable and future-oriented in terms of organization, construction, and materiality. As the first inner-city hotel of building class 4 in wood modular construction, the hotel will bring numerous hotel guests into contact with the topic of wood construction through its high-frequency use. The new structure blend with a simple facade that does not distract from the nearby historical district but also stands out to the adjacent modern buildings.
